The project's objective is the formative, i.e. process-oriented evaluation of the Filep Fund. To this end a modified version of the value benefit analysis will be employed. The goals of the Filep Fund will be prepared in such a way that the grantees can use them as criteria for the evaluation of their projects. The grantees, the filep team (NET, DIZ), the Stab Rektor, and the Studienkommission will participate in this process.
By applying this uniform structure of evaluation criteria over the different filep projects the linkage between project and program evaluation will be established. An instrument will be developed so as to increase the transparency of the content of the Filep Fund as well as to highlight its strengths and weaknesses. This project will thus support the positioning of the Filep Fund and facilitate future strategic decision-making processes.
